The duration of our services can vary based on the specific treatment you choose. Generally, nail services such as manicures or pedicures typically take around 45 minutes to an hour.

Our eyelash & eyebrow treatments are skilfully crafted and can take approximately 1 to 2 hours, depending on your chosen style.

At Envi Nails & Beauty, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees. We value our clients time, and this policy helps us accommodate everyone effectively.

For any short-notice cancellations or no-shows, there may be a fee incurred. We believe in fairness to both our clients and our dedicated team. If you have any concerns or questions about our cancellation policy, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you.

Although we accept walk-ins if have availability, we strongly advise that you book in advance to avoid disappointment as we are normally fully booked.
